On 27.08.2024 Ecowipes, a leading Polish company specialising in the production of eco-friendly hygiene products such as nonwoven materials, wet wipes, and cosmetic pads, has achieved a significant milestone in its operational growth. The company, known for its commitment to sustainability and innovation, has deepened its logistics partnership with us marking a new chapter in our successful collaboration.
The official opening of the new warehouse was a memorable event attended by involved people, including representatives from Ecowipes, members of the Broekman Logistics team, and dedicated employees from our local partner.
Following the official speeches, attendees enjoyed a celebratory event and participated in a guided tour of the new warehouse. The event concluded with a lighthearted lottery and group photos, capturing the spirit of the occasion.
The cooperation between Ecowipes and Broekman Logistics began in December 2016, initially focusing on road exports. This relationship quickly expanded, and in 2017, the two companies launched a comprehensive warehousing project. Today, Broekman Logistics provides a full suite of logistics services for EcoWipes, including warehousing, transfers between the factory and the warehouse, road export, and domestic transport to Ecowipes’ local customers.
The new warehouse, located just 14 km from the Ecowipes factory, offers unparalleled convenience and cost-efficiency. This proximity is expected to generate significant savings for Ecowipes, particularly in the transfer of goods between the factory and the warehouse, streamlining operations and reducing transportation costs.
During the event, Michał Kulczyński, Ecowipes Supply Chain Director, expressed his gratitude and optimism about the ongoing partnership: “Thank you very much for this warm welcome. I didn’t expect such an opening, to be honest. We’ve opened a lot of facilities before, and I think this is the first one that feels like such a celebration. Our cooperation is growing, and I believe it will continue in the coming years. Our management and new owners have a big appetite to conquer more and more of Europe, so there will certainly be further opportunities for development as we expand into new markets. Thank you very much for all these years of our cooperation.”
