Water-bound assembly facilities in the port of Rotterdam

Expertise

Located at the Waalhaven in the port of Rotterdam lies our breakbulk terminal with its assembly facilities. The Heavy Lift Centre with four indoor halls, a floor space ranging up to 16.000 m2 and maximum door passage of 20 metres high, provides an excellent location for the (final) assembly of your complex and overweight products. The halls are equipped with overhead cranes up to 700 tonnes and are directly connected to a quay designed for oversized and heavy lift cargo.

The facilities also provide specialised equipment such as SPMT’s and mobile cranes, as well as possibilities for a wide range of activities common in assembly processes, such as blasting, painting, preservation, factory acceptance tests, sea worthy packaging and more.
