A Generator Stator from Arabelle Solutions made its way to Broekman Project Services in the Port of Rotterdam, arriving by barge from Strasbourg.
Weighing in at an impressive 457 tons, this Generator Stator is a component for the Hinkley Point C project. The operation required precision and coordination. With the support of Bonn & Mees, the stator was carefully brought ashore and, in collaboration with Mammoet, transported to our Heavy Lift Centre. Our overhead cranes, capable of lifting up to 700 tons, safely positioned the item for temporary storage before its final journey to the United Kingdom.
This was a remarkable heavy lift project for us and we extend our heartfelt thanks to all our partners for their excellent collaboration.
