Our machinery and spare parts warehouse in Born was reconfigured for a floor-level logistics operation of Liebherr’s spare parts. Among other changes, pallet racks, shelving units, packing tables, receiving and shipping locations, the logistics processes have been optimised. With the expertise of Groenewout, the reconfiguration was successfully completed.

Spare Parts Management

Since November 2023, storage and distribution of the spare parts are in full operations. The products are now swiftly and reliably dispatched to Liebherr customers in the Benelux and France. “The storage and distribution of spare parts require a completely different setup,” explains Jos Kanters, Director Contract Logistics at Broekman Logistics in the video interview.
