At the shipyard in Schiedam two wind turbine installation vessels, Wind Orca and Wind Osprey from the shipping company Cadeler, are undergoing a major transformation. They are being equipped with two new 1600mt Mammoet to be prepared for the installation of next-generation wind turbines.
A meeting with the captain of the Wind Orca added the finishing touch to the visit! Ricardo: “During the visit, I emphasized the importance of good communication between my team, myself and the port captain. It’s worth noting that our thorough understanding of the vessels requirements allows us to provide the owners and crew on board a pleasant service during the port stay.”
