Terms and Conditions applied by the various entities of Broekman Logistics.

Broekman Logistics Amsterdam B.V.

All our business activities performed, unless differently agreed in writing, are subject to the latest version of the Dutch Forwarding Conditions, including the arbitration clause, as lodged by FENEX with the Clerks of the District Courts of Amsterdam and Rotterdam  (Dutch, English).

Broekman Logistics Rotterdam B.V. (Forwarding Rotterdam)

All our business activities performed, unless differently agreed in writing, are subject to the latest version of the following terms and conditions, depending on the nature of the activities:

1. Forwarding activities: the Dutch Forwarding Conditions, including the arbitration clause, as lodged by FENEX with the Clerks of the District Courts of Amsterdam and Rotterdam (Dutch, English).
2. Shipbrokers and agency activities: the General Conditions and Rules for Dutch Shipbrokers and Agents, as deposited by United Dutch Shipbrokers and Agents at the registry of the Rotterdam district court and the chamber of commerce in Rotterdam (Dutch, English).
3. Cargo handling, storage, stripping and stuffing activities: the General Terms and Conditions of the Rotterdam Terminal Operators’ Association (VRTO), as filed with the chamber of commerce on 11 December 2023 (Dutch, English).
4. Sheerlegs involved activities: the Conditions for the use of floating sheerlegs 1976, as deposited in the “Griffie van de Arrondissementsrechtbank te Rotterdam, Amsterdam en te Middelburg” on 1 January 1977 (Dutch, English).
5. Road haulage activities: in case of national road transport: the General Transport Conditions 2002 (AVC) as deposited at the clerk to Amsterdam court (no. 81/2014) and to Rotterdam court (no. 2/2015) (Dutch, English). In case of international road transport: the Convention on the contract for the international carriage of goods by road (CMR) (Dutch, English).

All our business activities performed, unless differently agreed in writing, are subject to the latest version of the following terms and conditions, depending on the nature of the activities:

2. Inland waterway activities: CBRB conditions of carriage, as deposited at the clerck’s office of the Rotterdam District court (Dutch/English).
